This week I am working from a condo on Mt. Hood and their gym doesn't open till 9 am so for my morning workout I did a Christmas music dance class on youtube. Fun to dance around in front of the fireplace.

Flying to Detroit today and didn't need a seat belt extension. I am down over 25 pounds since January, my hard work is paying off. Food tracking and increased my activity level. Plus I joined a badass fitness group that provides a lot of support and motivation.

Started the day with a 4 mile walk through 2 of our favorite parks. My legs are sore after playing softball last night, but staying focused on my goals and making progress. Down 22 pounds since January.

This morning I started a lower body workout that was a little too difficult for me so instead of giving up I decided to do a 45 min dance cardio workout. Got over 4k steps to start the day. My softball season is scheduled to start tonight, but might get rained out.

Feeling good this morning after a full body weight workout including burpees and then a 30 min step class for 60 minutes of activity and over 4k steps.
