✔ Must attend Webb Elementary or HCHS
✔ Must live in Webb, Kinsey, or Columbia
✔ EXCEPTION: Returning players from last year
✔ Athlete cannot be 13 by August 1st
✔ Please fill out the grade they will be in NEXT school year
