Need a new hat?

We’re getting ready to put together an order for some custom leather patch hats and wanted to see who might be interested!

They’ll be Richardson 112s with a leather patch that is both glued and hand-sewn onto the hat. The green hat photos below show all of the available patch shapes, along with two different sizes of the 417 Drone Deer Recovery logo.

You’ll be able to mix and match the hat color, patch style, and logo size.

They’re currently $25 each, but depending on how many we can get in the order, we may be able to get the price down even more.

Today we got to aid in returning a 1 day old calf that got out of the fence back to her mama.

Although we haven't ever officially announced it, we do offer livestock recovery along with pet recovery. Most of you know us for our Drone Deer Recovery services, but we can also use our thermal gear to help track down missing cattle, horses, or family pets when they get out.

The final leaf-off imagery map has officially left the building for the 2025/2026 mapping season.

These maps have to be captured during a very specific window along with the right conditions to produce imagery up to 25 times clearer than the leaf-off satellite imagery you’ll find on OnX and other mapping apps.
