✨🍂 A little cinnamon, a little intention, and a whole lot of abundance. 🧡✨

On the 1st of every month, blow cinnamon through your front doorway to invite prosperity, abundance, good luck, and positive energy into your home. 🏡🌿

As you blow, set your intentions and speak your desires into the universe. Let go of what no longer serves you and make room for all the blessings coming your way. ✨

May this month bring abundance, protection, love, and endless opportunities. ✨

Save this for the 1st of every month! 🧡

✨ MOBILE REIKI SESSIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ✨

You don’t have to leave your home to make space for healing. 🤍

I’m now offering mobile Reiki sessions, bringing Reiki directly to your home or another comfortable location.

🌿 What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that works with the body’s energy to encourage balance and support the body’s natural healing process. It is gentle, non-invasive, and works alongside the body rather than forcing anything.

✨ Mobile Reiki is perfect if you’re looking for:
• A peaceful healing experience in your own space
• A little time to slow down and reconnect
• Energy balancing and grounding
• A gentle complement to your existing wellness practices

🏡 I travel to you!

Whether you’re looking for a quiet reset, energetic balance, or simply want to experience Reiki in the comfort of your own space, I’d love to bring the session to you.

📍 Serving Waynesville and the surrounding areas
💫 Sessions available by appointment

Message me to schedule your mobile Reiki session or to ask any questions about what to expect.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical care.

In honor of Practical Magic 2 being released TODAY, I had to find out what kind of witch I am… and apparently I’m The Keeper of the Hearth. 🌿🕯️🌙

Apparently my magic is less “turn you into a frog” and more “come sit down, I made tea, your dog is welcome, and somehow everything is going to be okay.” 😂

And now I want to know YOUR witch.

Are you a Hedge Witch? Hearth Witch? Green Witch? Kitchen Witch? Moon Witch? Sea Witch? Wild Witch? Or something completely your own?

✨ Tell me a little about yourself—or drop a photo—and let’s see what kind of Practical Magic witch you are.

Because I have a feeling there are a LOT of witches walking around out there who haven’t figured out their particular kind of magic yet. 🖤

What kind of witch are YOU? 🌙

So excited to announce that I am now Reiki 2 certified!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Today marks a beautiful step forward in my Reiki journey. Becoming Reiki 2 certified means deepening my connection to Reiki energy, expanding my practice, and stepping more fully into the responsibility of holding space for healing, balance, and transformation.

Reiki 2 is about more than learning new techniques. It’s about strengthening intuition, becoming more intentional with energy, and continuing to grow both personally and spiritually. It’s a reminder that healing is a journey—not something we force, but something we create space for.

I’m grateful for this next chapter and excited to continue learning, growing, and sharing Reiki with those who feel called to experience it. 🤍✨

Here’s to deeper connection, greater awareness, and trusting the energy that guides us.

✨🦁 THE LION’S GATE PORTAL — 8/8 🦁✨

Today, August 8th, marks what many spiritual traditions call the Lion’s Gate Portal — a powerful time for reflection, intention-setting, manifestation, and stepping more fully into your personal power. 🌞✨

The energy of 8/8 is often associated with abundance, balance, strength, transformation, and infinite possibilities. ♾️

🦁 Today is a beautiful time to ask yourself:

✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What am I ready to call into my life?
✨ Where am I giving away my power?
✨ What does my highest self need from me?
✨ What dream am I finally ready to believe is possible?

Take a few moments today to slow down, breathe, journal, meditate, pull a card, work with your crystals, or simply sit quietly with your intentions. 🌿🔮

💫 Release what no longer serves you.
💫 Make space for what you desire.
💫 Trust yourself.
💫 Stand confidently in your power.
💫 Move forward with intention.

Remember: you don’t have to become someone new to create a new chapter. Sometimes the transformation comes from returning to who you truly are. ❤️

🦁 8/8 AFFIRMATION:
I release what holds me back. I step into my power. I trust my path. I am open to abundance, growth, love, and new possibilities.

✨ What are you manifesting during this 8/8 Lion’s Gate energy? Tell me in the comments. 👇
