Come meet some of the WAMS Field Hockey players, stop by the field hockey station on the turf, play some games, and help us celebrate the start of another field hockey season! 🥰🏑

Boro Mini Maidens is about so much more than learning field hockey. It’s about building confidence, creating friendships, learning to be part of a team, and giving girls a place where they can grow, have fun, and discover what they’re capable of.

Trying a new sport can come with lots of questions—and that’s completely normal! We hear these questions from new families every season, so we put together this quick FAQ to help.

The best part? No experience is needed! Our coaches love introducing girls to the game and helping them build skills and confidence in a fun, encouraging environment.

🏑 Help Us Grow Our Teams! 💙💛

We’re still looking for girls in grades K–2 to join the Boro Mini Maidens this fall! No experience is needed, and equipment is available to borrow.

Our Grades 3–5 and 6–8 teams currently have waitlists—but don’t let that stop you from registering! We would love to add about 4–5 more players to each age group so we can create two teams, give the girls more playing time, and provide even more opportunities to grow their skills.

Registration for the Boro Mini Maidens Fall Field Hockey Season is open, and August 1 is the last day to guarantee your daughter’s spot on a team!

Whether she’s picking up a stick for the very first time or coming back for another season, we’d love to have her join us. Our program is all about learning new skills, building confidence, making friends, and having fun!

🏑 That’s a wrap on our 2026 Boro Mini Maidens Summer Field Hockey Camps!

What an incredible two weeks! Week 2 was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more proud of all the girls who came out, worked hard, learned new skills, and grew in both confidence and their love for the game.

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer helpers for giving your time, energy, and encouragement. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

And to our families—thank you for trusting us to teach, encourage, and help your daughters grow in the sport of field hockey. It is a privilege to be part of their journey.

💙 Every dollar raised through our Mini Maidens program is reinvested directly back into Boro Field Hockey to help grow the game and create opportunities for youth players in our community. Thank you for supporting our mission and helping us build the future of Boro Field Hockey!
