Hi All !!! We are going to be a part of the FiA Nation ! To kick this off, we are planning a "Launch" at our site at the Lawson Pool Parking Lot Saturday November 16th and November 23rd at our new time, 7am. https://fianation.com/

Come visit and meet us at the Waxhaw Elementary Fall Festival November 2nd, being held at Waxhaw Elementary School.

If you haven't come out to try a workout, we encourage you to try out the launch dates. Remember it is for all types of physical strength and experience with exercise!

We are looking forward to building a strong community of women to support each other!

What is FiA?
Our Mission: FiA stands for Females in Action, which is a community of women dedicated to making each other stronger in all areas of our lives through activities that include bodies, minds, and hearts. A FiA workout is a promise, always free, open to ALL women, held outdoors, and ends with a circle of trust.

What is FiA?

Bodies - We organize FREE, peer-led workouts each week. Workouts are held outdoors rain or shine, hot or cold.

Minds - We get together for book clubs, career and family discussion groups, or workshops.

Hearts - We give our time and resources to the community and invest in each other by joining together for coffee, weekday lunches, and FiA socials

My girl is out there with me EVERY SATURDAY MORNING! She completes the workout and holds her own. She is killin it! It’s amazing what you can do at 8 years old! 7am every Saturday rain or shine!

Want to make friends and get moving but are filled with social anxiety and nervous that you wont fit in? LAWD, that was literally EVERYONE in this picture!

We are Waxhaw Womens Wellness( soon to be FIA Waxhaw fianation.com) and we are ladies who come in all shapes, sizes, ages and colors of the rainbow!

Some of us wanted to loose weight, others wanted to get stronger, others saw their husbands in F3 and wanted to be apart of something bigger than ourselves BUT what we all wanted was to build friendships that were just as strong as our abs (I think my doc took my abs after my first c-section but...I digress. LOL)

Currently we meet every Saturday morning 6:30am at the Lawson Clubhouse parking lot where we do an outdoor workout rain or shine. The workout lasts 45min and they can range from circuits, bootcamps, rucking etc. None of us are professionals, we are just ladies from 30-60yrs old who want to gain endurance, flexibility and strength. After some sweat mixed with 80s and 90s jams we head to coffee for some fellowship and laughs.
