Momma, set your alarm to make it to our 9am classes this week! You will NOT regret taking some time for you (without having to find childcare- added bonus)!
Worries you may have:
*my kid won’t like being in a stroller
-we create a workout that keeps them engaged: we sing, tickle, and keep moving so they have fun too.
*I’m out of shape & couldn’t make it through a workout
-our workouts are mom specific and designed for ALL levels, you CAN do it
*9 is a little early and I will be a hotness
-we are all hotmesses, come AS YOU ARE, it’s a zero judgement zone
