We’ve been told we have created the best atmosphere and home field advantage in the Northwoods League. We take a lot of pride in that and are proud to call the Woodchucks our home team. We ride or die for everyone who wears Wausau across their chest. 2026 was a great season and we’re only going to get louder to make sure The Burrow is a place other teams do not want to play at. This one’s for the home team. 🦫 ⚾️

It’s hard to put this season into words but we’re going to try. It obviously didn’t end the way the Ignite or the Woodchucks wanted it to but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t absolutely incredible.

When we started this podcast, neither of us expected it to go like this. We thought we’d interview some players and coaches and talk ball but instead we’ve built friendships with these same players and coaches we thought we’d just be talking to on our podcast. We’re just a couple of Dads, 15+ years older than most of our guests, living out our dream and we love each and every person who supports Chucking It Up! We released our first official apparel this year and the response was unbelievable, we’ve gotten recognized, we’ve signed autographs and we were on the news! When we started this we could have never predicted any of the stuff that happened this season.

To everyone who supports us. Chucking It Up! is nothing without every single one of you. Thank you for coming to see us down 3rd, asking for a sticker, taking a picture with us, buying a shirt and listening/watching our podcast, we do it for all of you! And our down 3rd crew, you know who you are, what a season it was. We drank a lot of b**r, ate a lot of glizzys, were loud as hell and had the best time. We can’t wait to do all again next summer!

When we sit back and reflect on the 2026 season we can honestly say it was one of the best seasons ever, regardless of the results. We’re going to release our season recap episode and then take a recording break for a bit and will release our next episode the first Monday in October. We will also be releasing episodes every other week in the offseason. But also don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere, we’ll still going to be active and posting all offseason and we’re going to get all your favorite players and coaches on the podcast this offseason. Also watch our socials because we aren’t done with merch yet.

To every player, coach, mascot, employee, fan and friend, THANK YOU for everything this season and we’ll see you next summer!
