I started my fitness journey about 4 years ago while I was finishing my second degree and had just reached my highest weight and size EVER. dropped 30 lbs and gone from a 16/18 to a 10/12 while enjoying life and building my confidence. I was so grateful for everything that has come into my life through this community, that I wanted to pay it forward and help other women feel this amazing confidence!
