Thanks for being my friend and supporting me in all that I do! I'm a cat mom to Winton and Twiggy, and am mildly obsessed with tacos and pizza. I started my fitness journey about 4 years ago while I was finishing my second degree and had just reached my highest weight and size EVER. I found the IG fitness community and the world of home workouts and eating clean while maintaining balance, and have

dropped 30 lbs and gone from a 16/18 to a 10/12 while enjoying life and building my confidence. I was so grateful for everything that has come into my life through this community, that I wanted to pay it forward and help other women feel this amazing confidence! I share about my life so you can see how messy and imperfect this journey is, but that you CAN do it. It just takes time and consistency, and accountability, which I would love to provide to you. I’m Emma! Cat mom, occupational therapy assistant, runner, and semi-pro napper. 😴

I first tried MONAT a year ago when my friend started to sell it, and FINALLY I had someone I knew and trusted that I could ask a million questions to! I fell in love with the products and have been a loyal VIP since.
