Happy March Metro Fam!💪🏼 Meet our Member of the Month, ! As you may know, she is a very hardworking woman both inside & out of the gym but found some time to share a little bit about herself:

My biggest fitness motivation is being healthy so that I can set a good example and help other people - my goal is to start creating workout programs to help others build strength and confidence than can carry over to other things in their lives!

My fitness journey began when I was very young. I always gravitated towards running and competed in cross country and track in middle school, high school, and college! After college, I took a break from running and that’s when I got into lifting weights! Recently, I picked up running again and just raced my first marathon in Austin, TX.

My favorite way to train is “hybrid style” which includes lifting & running! My favorite muscle group to train would be shoulders/arms … the cable machine is my favorite but I also love the pull-up bar

I work as a PACU nurse and favorite hobby is to travel!! My goal is to help and inspire as many people as I can through fitness! I hope to share the things that I’ve learned with others so that more people can build their own confidence - and as a result, they will help others too!
