The weekend is here! We will see you all for a weekend full of paintball, with both speedball, recball, and the Colorado Championship Series of Paintball event 1 going!

We’re halfway through the week! Here are a few speedball updates for this weekend:

🚫 The south speedball field will be closed all weekend as we get the layout set up (there will be no play allowed on the layout Saturday) and as we host Colorado Championship Series of Paintball Event 1 on Sunday.

✅ The north speedball field will remain open for public play all weekend. If you’re looking to get some practice in on Saturday, or if you’re not playing in the CCS event, you’re more than welcome to come out and play.

We’re excited to see everyone this weekend and kick off the first CCS event of the season! 🔥

More information to come, so cool to be working with Hormesis Paintball on this for our upcoming 2026 Charities Game!

Our 8th Annual "Charities Game", supporting Ally Remembered and Dynamic Paintball's Autism program is coming fast on July 12th.

We are pleased to announce for this years event we'll be conducting a Hormesis Paintball Joust. If your a NXL player, you've probably seen Oliver "Ollie" Lang - San Diego Dynasty, the creator, conducting the Joust at an event.

The Joust is a 1 on 1 style competition played with 2 teams, known as Magnificent and Glorious consisting of random players led by a General. There will be 3 Jousts total, 30 minutes each. Winning teams from the 1st two Jousts will play each other to determine the winning General.

Joust Rules:
~Each team sends out a player to play a one versus one point.
~There are 20 seconds between points.
~The winning player of the point stays on the field, the loser must be substituted for the next player in the rotation.
~A player stays on the field playing points until they lose a point or the opposing General plays a Trump card.
~The Joust starts with each team captain and a coin flip. The winner of the coin flip chooses to be the “Initiator” or the “Reactor”.
~The Initiator must send their player out to the start box first. The Reactor can wait to see who is sent out and choose their player accordingly.
~Captains for each team get one “Trump Card” for each match. The Trump card can be used to immediately eliminate any opposing player on the field and can be strategically used to eliminate the teams best player during a point or halt a hot-streak
and force a substitution.
~General must play all players then can choose to play who he desires.
~Switch sides after 5 confirms.

HEADS UP! There will be no Sundown Showdown this Friday, but we’ll see everyone back on June 19th for the next scheduled one! ‼️

What an outstanding Sunday for paintball. We celebrated Ryan Barth and Max Thursby’s (ex-employees) birthdays and said goodbye to Robert Potts since he is moving to the East coast. We are gonna miss you! Thank you all for spending your day with us!

THIS FRIDAY MAY 22ND: Sundown Showdown is ON for Night 2! The rain looks like it will clear up just in time, making Friday the perfect night to get out and play under the lights. 🌅⛅️

🏃 Hopperball & streetball-style play
🕗 8:00–10:00 PM | Gates open at 7:00 PM
💰 $50 Entry = Entry & Unlimited Paint
🚫 Camp team or membership discounts do not apply
👕 Light-colored jerseys REQUIRED
🕶️ Clear or yellow lenses strongly recommended
