Big shout out to Tim at Northern Strings! He strung up Keegan's backup sticks and a couple of our house sticks, and the work looks fantastic!! We just handed him 3 more to string for us. Can't wait to get them in our hands and shoot with them!

If you need a stick strung right, Tim is the guy. North Country's top lacrosse stringing company, with 15+ years of experience in men's and women's. Go follow and support a great local business!

Wednesdays at 5pm, Select Sports is where the energy lives!

The turf is alive! Alava Futbol Training has taken over BOTH fields, sharpening skills and fueling a love for the game. Over in the cheer area, NCE's squads own their ELITE purple mats, hitting stunts and shouting spirit to the rafters. And Fluidity gymnasts are tumbling, twisting and defying gravity one routine at a time.

Three programs. One hour. Endless action.

Whether your child loves to dribble, stunt or tumble, there's a place for them here. Contact Alava Futbol Training, NCE, or Fluidity today with questions or to sign up!
