Calling all boys currently enrolled in K–5th grade! Come learn the game, grow your love for basketball, develop leadership skills, and most importantly—HAVE FUN!

The DCBL season includes:
🏀 6 Practices
🏀 6 Games
🏀 DCBL T-Shirt
🏀 Recognition Night at a Varsity Game
🏀 Opportunities to help out on the bench of home Varsity Game

Calling all Young Barons! 🔴⚫

Come get in the gym, have some fun, and learn the game from the Baron Basketball High School Staff!

COST: FREE!

Each elementary school will have Monday & Wednesday Open Gyms during its scheduled week. Open gyms will take place at your child’s elementary school, after school until 4:00 PM.

🏀 This is a great opportunity to:
• Learn and improve your basketball skills
• Get coached by our high school staff
• Have FUN!
• Build a love for the game!

Caden Rice was a consistent all around threat through two SSL seasons, now taking his talents to play at Manchester this winter.

The DeKalb Boys’ Basketball Program is looking to hire a Head Freshmen Coach for the 2026-2027 season.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about teaching the game, building relationships with student-athletes, and helping develop the future of our basketball program. Coaching experience is preferred but not required—we’re looking for someone with great character, energy, and a willingness to invest in our players.

🏀 Middle School Open Gym Reminder! 🏀
Don't miss our final middle school open gym of the summer!
📅 Thursday, July 16
⏰ 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This will be our last open gym, and there will not be an open gym on Thursday, July 23.
Open to all incoming 6th–8th grade boys. We hope to see everyone there as we wrap up a great summer of open gyms!

Barons giving back!

Class of 2027 Senior Christian Johnson is completing his Eagle Scout project of a new flag pole at the Baron soccer stadium. Christian planned, petitioned the school board, raised funds, contacted local businesses, and will complete his project in the coming days. Thank you Christian!
