I don't know about you, but I can see a difference in my back. Same shirt just a few years apart. I may have gained a little bit of my weight back, but my shoulders and back look more toned then they did before.

I learned to not be scared of carbs and fats, and to eat a lot more protein. Its amazing what a few years of consistency and "self discipline" will do.

Don't let age dictate your physical capabilities. As you grow older, you naturally lose muscle mass. Therefore, initiating strength training is crucial. My Grammie, who will be 80 this year, serves as a prime example as she completes 4 sets of 15 hammer curls, shoulder presses, step-ups, banded squats, and reverse lunges. If she can accomplish this, surely you can too. All it takes is the decision to start and have faith in yourself. One repetition at a time. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺπŸ”₯πŸ’•πŸ‘
