Traveling a bit more north towards my first studio near Boyce and Mayview - would be fun to see some of you come visit me at the recently under new ownership studio - yoga + barre in Hastings! Its a super cute studio with powerful classes and instructors......and the owners are pretty great too!

As we find alternative locations to teach from - we are finding some very open doors! Marianne from 30 and Out has a LOT to offer. Jil will be offering her Yoga Monday evening class from thier primary location and alternating her Wednesday evening stretch classes. While these classes are independent of any memberships with 30 and out - her members will have access for a reduced rate.
