Aerial strength is no joke! Flow, elegance, dynamics, pop, and snazzy-jazzy moves are all built upon a foundation of muscle. πͺ
If you are taking aerial classes and you aren't satisfied with your progress, feel you are locked out of certain skills, or simply want to bullet-proof your hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, and wrists, adding Ground Flow and sessions in the Strength Training Room can totally change your aerial experience!
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My hyper focus is in building the body to master aerial skills. I'm here to help you figure out how to do this for yourself too!
An ideal schedule for a beginner, main exercise is aerial:
1 aerial class per week
1 mat class per week
1-2 sessions in the Strength Training Room per week
2 intense days. 2 gentle days
An ideal schedule for intermediate level:
2 aerial classes per week
1 mat class per week (optional if you need extra support)
1-3 sessions in the Strength Training Room
3-5 days total
AerFire's strength training room is only available for AerFire subscription members so the space is designed just for you.
4 people can sign up for the STR at a time. You get access in the app with your subscription. Hours are 9am -1pm and 3:30-8:30pm Mondays through Thursdays. 8:30 am -4pm Saturdays, 10 am - 6:30pm Sundays.
***Poles are coming soon. I'm heartbroken over my 1st and 2nd plans...3rd plan is a charm. Ha! Seriously, I'm taking the time to make sure we get the best option for us! Aerial and pole classes will be interchangeable in the system. Buy one subscription and pick and choose as you wish.
*Class levels are interchangeable too. So you can move up whenever you are ready.
