We have a distance for everyone, a 5K, 10K and a Half Marathon. Runners will loop around our downtown area then head toward Sunset Park. You will run approximately 2 miles before you get on the paved portion of the trail. You will run another 1 - 1 1/2 miles before the trails turns into crushed limestone. The Kewash trail is a gradual decline and incline with some flat areas. It is NOT a hilly cou
rse by any means, but you will see some short small hills along they way. Water stops will be approximately at miles 2 1/2, 5, 6, 8, 9 & 12. We will have Gatorade and water and some other carbohydrates as well. There will be a Porta potty at approximately miles 2 &12 and 5 & 9. There is also a restroom available in the park at about miles 1.5 & 12.5 (it is just a little off the course) Indoor restrooms are available at the start/finish. Showers are available at the Y for no charge. We will have ampule food and drinks at the end! There will also be areas to take pictures to celebrate your finish. Free pictures will be available to download after the race on our page. Custom medals for all Half Marathon finishers. T-shirt to all participants. Same day packet pick-up.
