🏆 Tournament Partnership Opportunity 🏆

Now that registration has officially closed and our regular season schedule has been finalized, we’re excited to announce that we have also selected our two tournament dates for this season!

As part of our mission to give back to our community, these tournaments will directly benefit youth organizations right here in Washington-Wilkes County.

To be considered, your organization must:
• Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit
• Operate within Washington-Wilkes County
• Support the youth of our community

Interested organizations are invited to complete our interest form. Selected organizations will then be invited to attend a board meeting to introduce their organization, explain its mission, and share how the tournament proceeds would be used to benefit local youth.

After all presentations have been made, our board will vote to select two organizations to co-host our tournaments.

💙 100% of the team entry fees collected from each tournament will be donated directly to the selected host organization.

This is our way of using softball to make a positive impact in our community, and we can’t wait to partner with two amazing organizations!

What started as planning for 8 teams quickly turned into 9 teams because of the overwhelming interest! With that being said…

If you’ve been talking about putting a team together, NOW is the time! Once this final spot is filled, registration will officially close and we’ll begin preparing for an exciting season.

🚨 REGISTRATION IS NOW OFFICIALLY CLOSED! 🚨

Although registration was originally scheduled to remain open until August 8th, we have officially closed registration early because we’ve reached our participation limit!

🥎 Over 100 adults have signed up to be part of our Washington-Wilkes Adult Softball League, and we couldn’t be more excited to see this community come together.

To everyone who registered, shared our posts, invited friends, and supported this league from the very beginning, thank you! Your support has exceeded every expectation.

We’re looking forward to an incredible first season filled with competition, sportsmanship, and community. We can’t wait to see everyone on the field!
