Last week, UW Sports Management Club hosted Jen Mueller, sports broadcaster and sideline reporter for the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Mariners, and founder of Talk Sporty to Me. 🎤 🏈⚾️

Jen shared insights into her journey in sports media, the importance of storytelling, and how communication skills can set you apart both on and off the field. Members also learned what it takes to succeed in live broadcasting and build meaningful relationships in the industry.

Mike shared insights into how teams attract, pitch, and manage corporate sponsors, and members participated in a mini case activity where they pitched sponsorship ideas and received professional feedback 👔.
