Glacier Point to Sentinel Dome to Taft Point to Yosemite Historic Preservation site to Swinging Bridge for a dip — we covered the Western part of Yosemite. Last full day tomorrow — ready for home, not ready for family time to end.

We took a drive from the Redwoods to Sacramento to Yosemite. An western town, a stay on a river boat and an amazing stay in a home in Yosemite — all to prepare us for an epic hike to Nevada Falls and now a few more days of climbing mountains.

More Redwoods - all sequoia trees - a debate about the biggest tree and more hiking. A visit to Eureka and a gorgeous sunset in Trinidad. A great day!

An almost 14 mile hike through the Redwoods. Amazing to be amongst these giant trees and have the beach as our turn around point. Overarching theme? Nature is so cool and practicing balance everyday is SO helpful!

The Oregon Coast did not disappoint. We were sad for a second, then crossed into California. On to the Redwoods and new adventures.

I truly do wake up each morning inspired to help more women improve their cancer outcomes through exercise. 2Unstoppable is an organization full of awesome women finding ways to move joyfully with the guidance of Cancer Exercise Specialists (CETI Cancer Exercise Specialists) like me.
