Beyond the miles, the smiles, and the car-free streets, the true magic of DC Bike Ride has always been the impact we leave behind. 🚲 ❤️

Over the last 10 years, riding together has meant giving back together. Because of this incredible community, DC Bike Ride has been able to champion street safety, empower young riders, and support DC families when they needed it most.

Here is a look at what we've accomplished together off the course over the last decade:

🤝 $100,000+ donated to Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA) to directly support street safety and advocacy in the region.
🚴 Thousands of sponsored riders welcomed to the course, making cycling accessible and inclusive for everyone!
🍲 Essential meal distributions through our Pedal For A Purpose program to fight food insecurity in the District.
🎓 700+ bikes, locks, and helmets donated to DCPS students through our Graduation on Wheels initiative, giving young cyclists their very first taste of riding freedom.

Every pedal stroke you take helps build a safer, healthier, and more connected DC.

We’ll be rolling out at 8 AM from our Start Line at Constitution Ave NW & 12th St NW 🚴✨ Get ready to roll out in wide, open lanes for a smooth start!

Highlights include: fully stocked rest stops by Giant Food and a shortcut near mile 11 to access the family course, offered by visitPA.

Over the last decade, DC Bike Ride has become a celebration of local pride, community connection, and the vibrant culture of Washington, DC. Your favorite bike ride is just around the corner, and it's time to plan your trip to the DC Bike Ride Start Line.

📍START LINE LOCATION: at the intersection of Constitution Ave NW & 12th Street NW.

From the DROP-OFF ZONE along Pennsylvania Ave NW, riders can access the START LINE CORRALS by entering 7th, 9th, or 10th Street NW towards Constitution Ave NW.

🔹 Premier & Advanced Riders: take 10th Street NW towards Constitution Ave NW.
🔹 Intermediate Riders: take 9th Street NW towards Constitution Ave NW.
🔹 Leisure Riders: take 7th Street NW towards Constitution Ave NW.

🚨 IMPORTANT
⏰ Arrive at the Start Line area by 6:30 AM, preferably, and be in your preferred corral by 7:45 AM.
ℹ For assistance on the morning of the ride, visit the Info & Solutions Tent (Constitution Ave NW & 9th Street NW).
🛠 Conte's Bike Shop will be on-site with a team of mechanics to help with small last-minute adjustments on 9th and 10th NW.
🚻 Riders can refill their water bottles on 9th St. NW. Portable restrooms will be available on 9th and 10th NW.
