Have you ever considered replacing your BUT's with an AND?

In the world of Psychology, we call that operating with the dialectic. It's a world in which two things can exist and both be true.

You can experience ease and also experience discomfort with making decisions. Instead of "I feel ease but there is also discomfort", as a sign to stop or sabotage, know that both can exist.

When there is any change in your life, you are likely to experience discomfort and it could be a change that you've wanted or are excited about.

But willing to use AND instead of the BUT and see how things can shift for you.

Boundaries are for you !!! They are for your protection, care, and consideration.

And they exist not only by verbally expressing them but also in other ways that impacts you.

Unlearning.

Unlearning what no longer is serving is going to present some challenges. And to begin you have to get clear on what learned behaviors and ideas introduced in your family dynamic and upbringing that you may need to release.

There are some things you still believe about yourself, your money, relationships, and this entire world that is no longer serving.

You will know it's a shift or change needed when you keep having the same experiences. When you suffer the way they have. When you experience the lack that they once experience. That is a sign your believing and behaving like them.

There are a lot of people I know I can help, and others I know may not be a good fit.

It does not mean that the support you need is not out there.

I would like to support you and If I cannot, I may know someone who can.

I do not wish to see you struggle, when there are countless opportunities and resources around us.

If you noticed that you are over-extending, overperforming, exhausted, and ending the day depleted, this is key sign that you are lacking boundaries.

Somehow you have been giving so much attention and focus to the needs of others that you have neglected your own. And as a result, they get what they need from you (validation) and you suffer.

Boundaries are necessary for you to be the best version of you. They are not meant to punish others.

By the time clients get to me, they have been through the worst of it all. They have decided to shift, yet getting what they truly want out of life is not happening. And to be real honest, they do not see or know how life can be different, they just know they want more than what they have now.

They are stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, and often unfulfilled.

They know it, they experience it, and they are reminded everyday.

In my initial session with clients, I ask questions to gain insight and assess their level of awareness. ......many are aware of what's not working but have tried very little to change it.

For most, they have accepted "this life" as their reality.

Struggle, anxiousness, pain is the norm for a lot of woman. And for black women it's often compounded with a lack of boundaries and self-love.

What I want to share and let you know for certain is there is so much more. You can truly have a life you love and find fulfillment in. There is so much to love about yourself.

You have to be willing and committed to the work. You have to be willing to commit to the transformation required. And have a belief that something greater exist.

Generational Curse Breaker is a person committed and intentionally focused on creating a legacy by disrupting the cycle of mental abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, and financial lack that has impacted their family.

Many of us can confidently see that cycles we have disrupted and continue to disrupt.

You should be proud it's you. You should be proud you were capable. You should be proud that new experiences will happen because who you are becoming.
