Happy Father’s Day!

We had a tremendous time at AwesomeCon this year. I was so thankful we made it a family affair. I’m an incredibly lucky public servant, spouse, and father.

Do you fear success?

This sounds odd, I know. But - hear us out. It’s more common than you may think. For instance, it’s natural to have a fear of the unknown or the idea that you have to meet expectations. Heck, you may even feel like you don’t want to let others down.

So where does this show up? It happens all over our jobs. It may be easier to avoid the promotion, big project, or even apply to a new job. Plus, there’s a comfort in knowing your current conditions. You may have a challenging colleague or terrible work life balance but the fear of success could still be more powerful.
