Waddup doe fit fam! It’s ya homie 💡🦶🏽. The run was great this morning. I mean the air was thick enough to cut with a butter knife but I survived. I also spoke to all the squirrels along the path. I am at one with nature! Then it was on to Bootcamp and we fully enjoyed our time. Keep on moving fit fam🏃🏾‍♂️💪🏾

Hey FitFam. No Bootcamp the next 2 Saturday’s but it’s no vacation. I expect you to do something. Here is something you can do if you can’t think of your own workouts…
Active Stretching
-100 Invisible Jump Rope and 25 Mountain Climbers between each of the following floor exercises
-3x20 pushups
-3x20 table top crunches
-3x20 flutter kicks
-3x20 dips
-3x20 plank Jax
-3x20 shoulder taps
-3x40 second bear planks
