Paleo diet -- One of the newest fads…but is it healthy? The good thing is, it helps you cut out sugar and "bad" fats, focusing on quality protein, vegetables, and nuts ("good" fat). However, it leaves out dairy and grain which provide important nutritional value. Conclusion: provides value for short term, not sustainable as a lifestyle.
