Week 1: Foundation of Power
We build the base. Learn how to move with intent, control, and purpose. Strength + technique = your power starting point.
Week 2: Build Power
Now we turn it up. More speed, more force, more coordination. Your body starts to understand how to MOVE, not just lift.
Week 3: Load & Explode
We add resistance + velocity. Heavier, faster, sharper. This is where things start to feel DIFFERENT.
Week 4: Explode
Full expression. Maximum output. Fast, athletic, powerful movement. This is what weāve been building for.
