Sometimes I think one of the most important parts of this work is simply reminding people that they are allowed to be human.
Not productive. Not perfectly healed. Not endlessly giving.
Just human.
So much of what I offer through Ancestral Roots Wellness is really about helping people feel held during the seasons where life feels unfamiliar.
And honestly? I think we all need more spaces where softness is allowed.

To the grandmothers, aunties, godmothers, bonus moms, chosen mothers, foster mothers, doulas, caretakers, mentors, and community nurturers who mother through presence, guidance, protection, and care—we celebrate you too.

To those longing to become mothers.
To those grieving mothers.
To those grieving children.
To those navigating complicated relationships with motherhood or with their own mothers.
To the mothers carrying invisible burdens behind warm smiles.
