M.A.I.D FITNESS HERE PPL... SO WITH THIS POST I WANT TO SHARE MY THOUGHTS ON PROTEIN!!!
So first I'm not here to convert anyone...
Just to open your mind to the possibilities of a healthier version of you.
We were taught to value meat protein over all other sources of protein for muscle building when it came to food sources.
However, this could be further from the truth!!!
Vegetable protein is the best and greatest source of protein you could get, and it out values meat protein by far. The nitrogen in veggies is the key!!!
So carnivores eat herbivores to get muscle protein to get big and strong. Herbivores, eat green protein to get big and strong.
Ummm.... The biggest mammals are strictly herbivores. The tallest mammals are strictly herbivores. See a pattern???
THEN WE HUMANS AT THE TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN EAT BOTH THE CARNIVORE AND HERBIVORE FOR THEIR PRROTEIN!!!
SO HERE IS MY OPINION OF IT ALL...BEEF PORK, CHICKEN IS THE WORST PROTEINS YOU COULD EAT. CRABS, SHRIMP, LOBSTER, ARE ALL HUGE WATER BUGS THAT TASTE GOOD. BUT NO, WE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO CONSUME THEM. FISH SHOULD BE THE MAJORITY OF THE PROTEIN YOU EAT. YOU COULD PARTAKE IT THE ABOVE, BUT DONT MAKE IT A FRIST CHOICE AND KNOW THAT ITS UNHEALTHY KNOW MATTER HOW IT TASTES AND WHAT WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT. Vegetables, fruit, and grains should be 75 to 85% of your solid food diet. Fish for me once or twice a week is great. Turkey once a week is perfect. But I'm working on working turkey out of my diet also!!!
