🔥 PLAYER DEVELOPMENT UPDATE — PALACIOS BASEBALL 🔥

MJ Marll Jr. continues to make major progress through focused development and advanced training at Palacios Baseball.

Current swing adjustments and focus:

✅ Loading hands closer to the chest for better connection and control
✅ More directional movement toward the middle of the field
✅ Front shoulder working slightly lower than the back shoulder for improved swing plane
✅ Reducing head movement to increase consistency and balance through the swing

📈 The results speak for themselves — MJ has already gained +7 MPH exit velocity since beginning training.

This is what intentional development looks like: clear mechanical adjustments, measurable data, and consistent work.
