Matt has always loved staying active outdoors, but finding consistency in a routine didn't always come easy... until he found his place here.

Since joining IRV FIT in October 2024, it’s been the people that keep him coming back. The support, the relationships, the feeling of being part of a community, it’s what turned showing up into a habit.

With guidance from our coaches, Matt has been able to align his pescatarian nutrition with the hard work he’s putting in at the gym, so everything supports his progress.

Jim just pulled 150 lbs for 8 reps at 70 years old.

What makes this even more special is that Jim has been part of the IRV FIT family for over 10 years — and somehow he just keeps getting stronger.

No secrets. No shortcuts. No magic program.

So many people believe aging automatically means slowing down, getting weaker, and losing capability. Jim continues to prove the opposite. Strength, energy, confidence, and progress can continue at any age when you keep putting in the work.
