Runner: Coach, can I skip training today?
Coach: Of course, you can.

Runner: Can I sleep in instead of doing my morning run?
Coach: Yes, you can.

Runner: Can I eat junk food and ignore my diet?
Coach: Absolutely, you can.

Runner: Can I walk instead of push myself to run faster?
Coach: Sure, you can.

Runner: So… what CAN’T I do?

Coach: You can’t expect to improve if you do.
