Water aerobics today. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7 and it's only $5! Water Aerobics is great for all fitness levels because it's low impact and almost every exercise can be made easier or more difficult by simply changing how deep you are in the water or how fast you go. So whether you are looking to get ripped, shed a few pounds or just have a great time, come out this evening and give it a try!

Sorry I’m getting this out so late!
Water Aerobics start tonight June 9th. They will be every Tuesday and Thursday night. It’s $5/day $25/month or $50 for the whole summer.

Also there are still spots for swim lessons
