Much over due but better late than never.

Such a wild season filled with a lots of unexpected ups and downs. As most seasons tend to be but this one hit different.

Year 5 taking over sprints and hurdles. Could not be more proud of this groups growth. So thankful to have the opportunity to have coached this group of athletes.

Conference medals, school records, national PQs and lots lots of PRs. You all did the work! Most of all…big steps forward in feeling like a team rather than a collective of individuals.

CSUSM XC-TF squad thanks for letting me lead this season. Very excited for the future of the this program. Young, talented but also this groups cares about each other. Big things coming!!
