Our new season starts THIS WEEK at DAC! We’re excited to get everyone back in the studio and officially kick off another year together!
Before your dancer’s first class, please take a minute to log into the Parent Portal and double-check their class day and time. This is the best way to make sure you have the most up-to-date schedule and know exactly when to arrive.
If you haven't signed up yet... it isn't too late. Use our "enroll" page on our website.
A few reminders for our first week:
If you attended Open House and ordered shoes, they’re here! Our staff will fit your dancer during class to make sure everything is just right before labeling their shoes with their name and sending them home. If something doesn’t fit correctly, we’ll take care of it. You won’t have to worry about exchanges or figuring it out on your own.
If your dancer did not attend Open House, we’ll fit them for the shoes they need before they leave class. The payment method on file will be charged and we’ll place those orders this week.
Please make sure every dancer brings a dance bag to class. They’ll need it to keep up with their shoes and belongings throughout the year.
Our first week is really about getting settled in, welcoming everyone back, meeting new friends, getting shoes taken care of, learning how class works, and having some fun before we really dive into dancing!
A little housekeeping before we get started for the year: please make sure you’ve read through the studio handbook, especially the late fee and returned payment fee policies. We also encourage everyone to go ahead and look over the studio calendar and make note of tuition due dates, costume payment dates, holidays and studio closures.
Remember, DAC does NOT always follow the school calendar. If school is closed, that does not automatically mean the studio is closed. Please use our studio calendar for planned closures and watch your email and our social media pages for any weather-related or emergency changes.
For our DCCC families, the private lesson calendar will open this week! Practice and payment policies for private lessons are available in the portal where you schedule your lessons. Please read through those carefully before booking so you know what is expected for lessons this season.
