Pulse hockey would like to welcome our newest coaching partner, Terry Virtue. Terry’s resume is as follows…
16-year professional career NHL, AHL, ECHL He played five games in the National Hockey League, four in the 1998–99 NHL season for the Boston Bruins, and one the next season for the New York Rangers. In 2009 was inducted into the Worcester (MA) Hockey Hall of Fame. Won back to back Calder Cup championships with two different AHL teams —the Hartford Wolf Pack (2000) and the Providence Bruins (1999). 2 Time all-star in the AHL. Ranked 18th in all time games played, ranked 14th for points and assist for a defenseman all time, ranked 16th for goals all time for a defenseman, ranked 12th all time in penalty minutes in the AHL. After retiring jumped into coaching in the Canadian Hockey League with the Tri City Americans in the WHL and Owen Sound Attack in the OHL winning the league championship. Has coached at all level of minor hockey and High school level winning the High school championship in Western PA.
