And our 12U AA Hawks wasted NO time getting things started — picking up their FIRST WIN of the season against Michigan Alliance! 🙌🏼🏒

Our Hawk Hockey Fall Kickoff was an AMAZING afternoon! 🙌🏼

A huge THANK YOU to all of our Hawk families, players, coaches, and friends who came out to skate, hang out, enjoy some ice cream, and celebrate the start of another season together! 🍦⛸️

There’s nothing better than seeing the rink full of our Hawk family again. 💜💛

We are SO excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to watch our players hit the ice, work hard, make memories, and represent the Hawks this season!

A few more incredible moments from Muskoka Summer Hockey School this past summer!

This is what makes Muskoka Summer Hockey School such a special experience.

Players get to spend their days working hard, developing their game and learning from incredible coaches… and when the skates come off, they get to experience everything a summer on the lake has to offer. ☀️🌊

Work hard on the ice. Play hard off the ice. Make memories that last WAY beyond hockey. 💜💛

It truly is the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.

And getting to see the Stanley Cup in Muskoka?! Yeah… that’s a summer hockey memory that’s pretty hard to beat. 🏆🔥

🏒☀️ HAWK HOCKEY DOES SUMMER A LITTLE DIFFERENT! ☀️🏒

This past year, some of our Hawk Hockey players had the incredible opportunity to experience Mike Fountain’s Muskoka Summer Hockey School—and what an experience it was! 💜💛

Players from Canada, the USA, and around the world come together for an unforgettable hockey experience in one of the most beautiful places in Canada. 🇨🇦

With three age divisions:
🏒 JR Pro: 8U
🏒 Elite: Ages 9–11
🏒 Senior: Ages 12–16

Players hit the ice twice a day, with practices, games, and off-ice training while learning from former NHLer and Hawk Hockey Director Mike Fountain, former pro Matt Carey, and an amazing group of coaches and former professional players. 🔥

And the BEST part?! When hockey is done for the day, it turns into a family vacation on the lake! ☀️🌊🏒

It truly is the best of both worlds—high-level hockey development, incredible coaching, new friendships, family memories, and a summer experience these players won’t forget!

We loved seeing our Hawk Hockey players representing this past year, and we can’t wait to see even more Hawks make the trip next summer! 💜💛

Two of our very own Hawk Hockey girls, Lark & Camy, are in Traverse City participating in a PWHL camp! 🔥

Getting on the ice, learning, competing, and experiencing the game alongside other female hockey players is what growing the game is all about. 🏒💪🏼

We LOVE seeing our Hawk girls chasing opportunities, challenging themselves, and representing Hawk Hockey wherever the game takes them!

Because the future of girls hockey is BRIGHT… and these two are just getting started. ⭐️

The future of Hawk Hockey is looking pretty exciting. 👀

⛸️ Learn to Skate: averaging 60+ kids
🏒 Learn to Play Hockey: averaging around 30 kids

That’s nearly 100 young athletes hitting the ice, learning new skills, building confidence and getting their first taste of the game we all love. 🙌

Seeing this many new faces on the ice is a HUGE win for our program and our hockey community. Today they’re learning to skate… tomorrow they could be putting on that Hawk jersey for the first time. 💜🏒

A huge THANK YOU to our coaches, volunteers, families and everyone helping introduce the next generation to hockey.

The future is bright. The Hawks are growing. And we’re just getting started. 🔥

☀️ Beach mode: ON. 🏒 Hockey mode: loading…

We’re soaking up every last bit of summer because in just one month, the sounds of skates carving the ice, pucks hitting the boards, and teammates cheering each other on will be back.

The beach towels will be traded for hockey bags.
The flip-flops will become skates.
The early mornings, road trips, practices, and unforgettable memories are almost here.

To our Hawk Hockey families—enjoy these final summer days, make the memories, and get ready for another incredible season. We can’t wait to see everyone back at the rink.
