my boot camp girls kicked butt today, I can say that for sure we burned a few hundred calories, then built up some muscle with targeted moves for sculpted arms. Did you finish your workout yet? Because if you came this morning you would be ALL DONE by now :)

I can't say enough about my Boot Camp ladies, they are tough, they are driven, and they motivate ME every class I teach.
