St. Lawrence Carp Marathon, 2026 - UPDATE!

The St. Lawrence Carp Marathon is NOT canceled, however, the dates have been changed to July 12 - 17, 2026. This was done as a result of many requests to do so, and because of another carp event on those original dates. All teams that had already registered were notified of this change by email last week in advance of this post to everyone.

While changing the dates was never my intent or desire, it appears that by doing so more interested teams are now able to participate in this event. Updated registration forms are also posted, and I look forward to seeing more teams registering in the coming days.

What a week it’s been! I apologize about the delay on posting final stats and pictures! Thank you for being patient with me, we just wrapped up the Junior tournament today! For those that don’t know, we also organized the St. Lawrence Jr. Carp Tournament, which started the day after the Marathon ended, where we hosted 103 kids!

First off, I want to say thank you to everyone near and far, that trusted me with hosting the 2025 St. Lawrence Carp Marathon! It was an honor to watch you all compete, and I cannot wait to make the tournament bigger and better next year!

A special thanks to my Mom, Jo Ann! It wouldn’t have happened without you. To some of my very closest people (you know who you are), that did a lot of the behind the scenes, right down to loading my car the morning of check-in. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Now…stats…
1st Place - Team Power Play with 187 lbs
2nd Place - We Like Em Big with 182 lbs 6 oz
3rd Place - Bubba’s Hawg Bait with 176 lbs 11 oz
4th Place - Proline with 169 lbs 8 oz
5th Place - JT’s Pig Sticker with 166 lbs 12 oz
6th Place - Polonia Carp Team with 165 lbs 6 oz

We had a tie for Big Fish, at 29 lbs by Team Power Play and Team High Hopes!

Big Fish - Mirror - Team St. Lawrence at 16 lbs 4 oz

I will see some of you at the Jay W. Foster 6 Pack Throwdown, where I will be fishing! The rest of you, I hope to see you back next year!

Below is the update as of 8:00pm. This is the final update.

If there aren’t 6 teams with 8 packs at the end of the tournament, tomorrow, the teams with 8 packs will receive the highest prizes. After that it will go by total weight. Any questions, feel free to text me!

Good Morning Anglers!
I apologize that I have not updated stats yet since last night, I hit a deer last night on my way home from Waddington and my vehicle is not drivable, so this morning has been super chaotic! Once I get to Ogdensburg, I will update stats!
