St. Lawrence Carp Marathon A challenging 5 day, carp fishing tournament that draws the best carp anglers from across the United States, fishing a 30 mile stretch of the St.

Good morning! I thought our Marathon anglers would like to see how our Jr. Carp kids are doing. Over 2,000 lbs caught since 7 a.m. yesterday morning, with 7+ hours to go!

1st Place - 182 lbs 11 oz, Team Carp Slayer, Peg #11

Another huge thank you to all of our volunteers, marshalls, and teams! We couldn’t do it without you. We will be posting 2027 dates in the next month for everyone, once we get through the St. Lawrence Junior Carp Tournament! If anyone is looking to marshal at the Junior Tournament we are always looking for volunteers! We hope everyone had a blast on our beautiful river and we look forward to seeing you all next year!

That’s a wrap for the St. Lawrence Carp Marathon, 2026!

Thank you to all the anglers who battled wind, rain, thunder and lightning a couple different times over the six days! It was pretty severe at times.

Two tents lost that we’re aware of, one (almost) adopted kitty who seemed to like Lighthouse Point as much as the anglers do, and a yummy lunch at Howie’s Tavern! Thanks, Joe Howe!

Good morning, anglers! Thanks for being part of the St. Lawrence Carp Marathon, 2026. Just over (4) hours remain and it’s a close one!

Day 5, as of 7:30 a.m….

Night (4) of carp fishing on the St. Lawrence seemed more like itself as (10) qualifying fish were caught! Peg 11, was hopping, and they now have (7), which includes the Big Fish at 30 lbs. 6 oz.

Nice job, Carp Slayer!

I’ll post pictures when I get them.
