I like the Auto Loaders, but the wheel guns are dependable and to me just more fun to shoot. Especially something like a Single Action Army .45 C**t.

According to a recent New York Times story, that’s how many of the city’s Finest are still packing .38 Special revolvers as primary duty weapons. They stand out among the more than 30,000 officers there, most of whom wear DAO 9mm autos to work.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
I did renew my LTC Instructor License. I know sense they passed the "Permit less carry in Texas that many are carrying concealed without the LTC. They believe it to be "Constitutional Carry". It is not and the laws are different for those with a LTC and those that do not have the Texas LTC. I am available to hold a class to let you know what the differences are and at the end you will be able to shoot your weapon and qualify to obtain your Texas LTC. I also can meet with individuals who have taken the online LTC course and want to complete the Firearm Proficiency portion of the class.

This picture of this .22 caliber single shot rifle is the same rifle I received as my first rifle. That was over 50 years ago. I still have it. It will still drive tacks. Love that rifle.

O.k. I hope everyone is starting to thaw out. I have had a class scheduled for Saturday Feb
20th for sometime. I am going to try to make it to Axtell BBQ and gun range tomorrow. I know alot of this snow and ice is going to melt and freeze again tonight. But I plan on starting at 9 am.
