WACO, Texas — November 2025 — GXGELITE™ today announced that, effective November 7, 2025, its membership platform will conclude its current annual cycle and will not renew for a new term. This transition follows the national House settlement, which redefined how college athletics programs can share revenue with student-athletes.
As part of this evolution, Baylor Athletics and GXGELITE™ will continue to work together to define GXGELITE™’s future role within Baylor’s broader NIL ecosystem. GXGELITE™ has built strong brand equity and an engaged community of supporters since its inception, and both organizations are committed to ensuring that energy and enthusiasm continue to be part of Baylor’s long-term NIL strategy. Additional details will be shared with the Baylor Family as they become available.
With this transition, we also want to remind fans that the GXG collective fund is also formally closed. GXG no longer collects donations as a collective or makes payments to student athletes.
Our shared focus remains clear: to create a competitive, sustainable, and championship-caliber NIL ecosystem that serves our student-athletes, empowers our fans, and strengthens Baylor University’s position in this new era of college athletics.
