💡🏀Great experience at the Crossroads Clash Homeschool Basketball tournament at the Pacers Athletic Center! The 10U team went 1-2 and the 12U 2-1. So much improvement in a year…and so much fun watching these boys become great friends! LIGHT IT UP! 🏀💡

🏀 We will be hosting a preliminary round of Elks hoopshoot for any homeschoolers in the Wabash area. Boys and Girls ages 8-13. Check the images below for birthday details and shooting rules. Winners will participate at the Wabash area contest at Wabash High school on the morning of 12/13.

💡🏀Great night of basketball for both Wabash Light Teams. Aggressive play, teamwork, great rebounding led both teams to wins over the Warsaw Bees! Thanks to the Bees for coming down to play us and thank you to Josiah Whites for opening their gym for our game! Light it Up!

‘Twas the night before our first game of the season
The boys yelled “6-7”…i don’t know the reason
They talked non-stop in the vans and are ready to play
They’ve been practicing hard, day after day
Coach Parker got them tickets to watch IWU win
They all had fun. You could tell by their grins
The chances of dunks like they just saw are slight
But They are pumped up to play tomorrow night 🏀

🏀💡🏀 As our second season approaches, we are going to maintain the two teams that we currently have. (10u & 12u) We found that there are not as many 10U teams around and we are letting our younger ones get another year under their belt. There is a chance we do some open Skills and Drills in February for younger kids, but as for now we are staying within our means and coaches/volunteers with the kids who played last year. Feel free to still reach out with questions. 🏀💡🏀

Fun day at the Fort Wayne Guard Tournament…and the boys got to “Light it Up” with some Lazer Tag between games! There has been so much improvement from our first game of the season til now! 2 more games tomorrow! 🏀💡💙💛
