Hey CrossFit friends, February 2026 we are tackling the Spartan again!!! This year we were recognized for the largest team at the Jacksonville event, February 2026 let’s blow that out of the water!
Do NOT let this intimidate you, this is all about teamwork and camaraderie, and lots of laughs!

I am working with Spartan to get corporate rates for the group. The more participants the better the rates!

BEAST OF THE EAST is coming to Move CrossFit — and we’re throwing down like never before! Individual Competition + Team Gym Points Battle

🎖One Epic Day. 8 Individual Titles. One Gym Crowned Team Champion.🏆

WHO: YOU. The grinders, the lifters, the go-getters.

Divisions:
• Rising Beasts - Just getting started. Teething on kettlebells.

• Savage Beasts - Past foundations. Still learning to pace. Not quite feral.

• Alpha Beasts - Top of the food chain. Eats burpees for breakfast.

• Vintage Beasts (age 45+) Aged to perfection -- stronger, smarter, slightly creakier.
