Hey hey! Long time no see! I know I’ve been dormant dealing with life and all but I gotta share I got so excited! There’s a new protein iced coffee! CARAMEL MACHIATO! I normally don’t like cold coffee but this made me excited!
I know everyone has been through a lot of up’s and downs the past few years but I wanted to remind you all I’m still here for you if you need me! Much love to all! 😘

Started back this week, ran out of Prolessa, ran out of cinnamon tea. Started to get frustrated but then I remembered I have lemon tea! So a lil lemon tea, apple fiber and cranberry aloe warm is actually amazing! Who knew!

And just a heads up, they are discontinuing the Cinnamon Tea and the Formula 1 Sport Chocolate meal. That’s in the athlete line, but they are keeping Rebuild and the Vanilla FM1 sport meal!

Lots of fiber and protein so it’s definitely a healthier choice! So happy to have pasta again even if it’s a plant based substitute !
