Back-to-back champions. 🥇💪

The Warren County Fire and Rescue “Red Team” brought the heat again this year, taking 1st Place Overall for the second year in a row in a tough multi-agency fitness competition against the Shenandoah National Park National Park Service and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Team Red members battled it out across multiple events and came away with individual medals in Pull Ups, Plyo-Box Jumps, Sit Ups, the 135 lb Bench Press, Tire Flips, and Tug of War. It was an awesome day of strength, teamwork, and a little friendly rivalry.

A huge thank you to Master Cindy and Gold Mountain Martial Arts for sponsoring the event, and to Randolph-Macon Academy for hosting.

Proud of this crew and the work they put in every day—both in the gym and on the job. 🔥🚒
