Our workouts are peer led. They are like a box of chocolates .. you never know what you’re going to get ! We aren’t professionals. We are women just like you! We are in all stages of life , and all fitness levels. Come join us and see if it’s your thing. Friendly faces will greet you ! We LOVE new FiAs. Yup , from day one , you are one of us !!
