Shout out to my sweet client . Life throws us curve balls every day, this gem takes them with a smile ☺️
It’s been a few years since I have done virtual posing…dare I say I missed it? 😉 I did! I started virtual posing my clients in in 2020 and it allowed me to work with incredible women all over the US & Canada!! The connections I made are those I will never forget. I was invited into their homes, heard stories about their lives, their “why” for hitting the stage and was able to be a small part of their fitness journey.

My clients have gone on to win titles, Pro Cards, become sponsored IFBB Pros…and get married and have babies.

Bodybuilding is SO MUCH MORE than what most people think it is. When you give yourself a goal that most people cannot achieve AND you succeed by hitting the stage, it’s incredibly empowering!!

Life is short!! Live with no regrets & push yourself out of your comfort zone!!

I really don’t have many photos to share from yesterday as I was honestly pretty nervous heading into the show🙈 and needed to stay focused & present with myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to open the season. I felt so welcomed, celebrated, and at home as a natural athlete in this show and just had so much fun getting back out there. My smile felt brighter as I felt my love for this sport coming back to life on stage and was in my element connecting, dancing, & hyping other women up back stage (cuz it’s nice to be nice, and as women we often don’t give ourselves enough of that kindness). This was a new suite color for me, but was my absolute FAVORITE stage look thus far!! And based on the judges feedback I think the blue is here to stay💙😇❄️

It feels like I found the place I truly belong within this sport and am honored to call myself an OCB bikini pro. I am excited to represent a federation that aligns with my personal values as a natural bikini competitor.🦋

Buckle up, we’re just getting started. And we’ve still got work to do.🫡 Let’s get it!

I could not be more proud of all the hard work Noni has put into her fitness journey and she has become quite the role model for her daughters. Congratulations again for slaying that stage Boo!!
