I didn’t decide all at once to change my relationship with social media.

It happened slowly.

In this episode, I’m sharing the story of how things started to feel different for me—how something that once felt connective & alive began to feel extractive, overwhelming, & out of alignment.

I talk about the moment where something really clicked, the questions that changed everything, & how I began experimenting instead of forcing a drastic change.

Our ancestors likely just looked to the Land and celebrated Beltane when the Hawthorn flowers bloomed.

According to the solar calendar, it’s celebrated astrologically at 15* Ta**us, which falls on May 5 this year.

So we still have plenty of time to celebrate if we look at it that way, and it’s really a portal and a Season.

You get to decide when and how you mark the Season.

Beltane is an ancient Celtic Fire Festival that marks the halfway point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice.

It’s a celebration of fire, fertility, rebirth, sexuality, and sensuality. It celebrates the union of the God and the Goddess, of masculine and feminine energies.

Some fun did you know’s...

The stories of Robin Hood and Cinderella seem to be based off the Beltane story of the union of the May Queen and the Green Man.

Beltane is filled undeniably filled with sexuality and sensuality. The May Pole is a ph***ic symbol. To go A’Maying was to have a one night stand in the woods with a masked stranger in celebration of Beltane.
