Next, as you're facing the bow (front of the ship), the left side is Port side. *hint for remembering this; both words have 4 letters.

If you get turned around while on a cruise, look out to see which way the water is moving - then you'll know which way the bow is! ⛴🌊😍

My honest opinion on the Thermal Suite Pass. I purchased it for the 1st time (in 22 cruises) on Star of the Seas. I got it for $85 for our 7 day cruise. I went 5 times and thoroughly enjoyed the hot sauna - but then again, I've never met a hot sauna I didn't like!

I saw a total of 3 other women in the Thermal Suite during my 5 visits. It's pretty and peaceful but for me, not worth the money. If what I witnessed was typical, they'll probably convert this space. It's nice, but just not much going on. Maybe that's the point? If so, it should be $5 to $10 a day in my opinion. ✌️💙🛳
