THE FUTURE IS FLAG FOOTBALL 🏈✨

We caught up with Sand Speed Girls Flag Football athletes Abigail Bowman and Piper Toller during Super Girl Virginia Beach to talk about competing on the sand, what they love about the game and what it means to be part of a sport that continues to create new opportunities for girls.

From the 757 to the Super Girl stage, the next generation is already making its mark.

And when we asked them to finish the sentence, “The future of girls flag football is…” — they understood the assignment. 🔥

The future is HERE.

🏈🌊 FIRST OFFICIAL PRACTICE! 🌊🏈

Today was the start of something new for Sand Speed — High School Girls Beach Flag Football! 🔥

We’re excited to take what we do on the sand and bring it to the flag football field. This group came ready to learn, compete, and WORK at our first official practice.

We’re just getting started, and we’re excited to continue working with these girls as we build chemistry, develop their skills, and get ready to compete! 💪🏈

Speed. Competition. Teamwork. Let’s build something.
