Tomorrow the boys and girls tennis teams will be hosting meets in the MIAA Elite 8 tennis tournament.

The boys will host Medway at 12:30 PM and the girls will host Newburyport at 3:00PM. If you can bring a class out last period tomorrow that would be great.

Please also remember tennis decorum. Cheering is done on good shots by a player, not a mistake by the other team. Fans should be quiet while points are being played. Loud noises, talking, or laughing distracts all players and should be addressed by teachers.

This is fantastic tennis, we should be proud of how our teams are representing our school and community.

The Martha’s Vineyard girls tennis team earned a trip to the quarterfinals in the Division 3 state tournament thanks to a gritty 3-2 win at home Thursday afternoon over Boston Latin Academy.
